Bounjour. I simply want to say that what you say here is really respectable and positive so I am posting http://ourheritagemagazine.com on my Hi5 profile so everybody can have the possibility to enjoy. I was happy at long last I found a place that is both interesting and educational. Thank you

Thanks, I was looking for something along the lines of this. BTW I’ve gone ahead and added http://ourheritagemagazine.com at Digg.com and my blog too – http://golearnweb.com where I provide web design tutorial videos so my students can see it too. It is a great example of sleek design, easy usability and quality content. I simply used Our Heritage Magazine as the entry title in my Digg.com bookmark, as I figured if you to title your website that, then you probably would like to see it listed there the same way.

I have been a regular visitor here and I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the expansion that I have seen developing. I am a small business owner who had the privilege of serving my country for almost a decade so I appreciate both the new small business and the veterans’ sections.

I just want to say you have exceptional stories and it is very refreshing to be able to read about real people doing real things and making real contributions. Thank you!

  • Seroka says:

I found you via a friends facebook post. I am definitely going to help her spread the word. We need more publications like this and we need to support the few quality ones like this that we do have. Everyone else should post this to their twitters, facebooks, diggs, stumbleupons, etc… GET THE WORD OUT!!!!!!!!!!

So nice to find a site with some original articles and a positive perspective on who we are and where and from whom we came.

  • Brad says:

Refreshing to find articles on something besides the latest celebrity mishap or on topics that leave you depressed. I actually feel uplifted from my reading here. I am glad a found you. Thanx.

I absolutely agree with Allison! I told her when she called me with this site it better be good, because I work 3rd shift and had just gotten laid down when she called and said I had to see it. Now I am glad she did. I work with her in the youth group here in St. Louis and we will definitely be sharing this with them. Thank you!

I have gone back to school and am getting my degree in business management and have a paper coming up. I found you while researching. I came for the business info, which looks like a great column by the way, but was amazed to find such a variety or other resources and stories. I like the positive feeling of the stories. I am so tired of hearing and reading about all the negative things going on and the whining about what we can’t do as individuals or what we have been denied as African Americans. These women prove that nothing is denied us. It is with in all our reach if we just go after what we need and want. Our young people need to be told not what the numbers say they can’t do, but to be enlightened as to what has already been done and what they can do if they just go after it. Thank you for your positive site. I will be sharing it with the young men and women that work for me and with the youth group I lead.

Excellent articles. I am a veteran and I appreciate it when people remember us even though it is not Memorial or Veterans Day. Thanks.

Hello ourheritagemagazine.com! What a treasure you are creating here! I found you through my sister’s facebook. I am now going to pass you on to my facebook friends as well.

  • JR says:

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SITE?!?! I cannot believe the difference! The last time I checked you out you were green and slow… now you are red and black and blazing fast! The content was quality before, but it was so difficult to read on the colored background, swirly lettering and it was hard to tell where you were on the site. I have read the entire site now and my eyes do not feel strained at all. Before: Horse ‘n buggy (useful but slow, klunky and hard to work with) Now: Porsche (fast, sleek and lots a power under the hood.) THUMBS UP!!

  • New Orleans Rockin' says:

I like the way you keep it real and appreciate you skipping the bandwagon of society gossip garbage.

  • The Rush says:

Congratulations on the new columns! I noticed that you are offering much more content. I used to be able to read all in one sitting, now I require multiple visits to take it all in. Amazing growth!

  • Miranda says:

I adore your web site.. excellent colors and motif. The articles are what keep me coming back though. Just wanted to let you know you have a loyal reader.

  • Online Biz Building says:

Love the new articles. Especially the new columns. I am a retired veteran and own a small business online. It is like this magazine is customized for me.
